RAM REDDY, CISSP – (SAVANT) – CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
Our ‘Savant’, Ram is our mentor and thought provoker. With vast experience,
spanning decades, he brings counsel and wisdom to the group. A teenager at
heart, he frequently goes off on out-of-the-box tangents which always has a
correlation in hindsight. Ram has Master's Degree in Material Science and
Automation Technologies from the Indian Institute of Science. He started his
career working for the Indian Navy and General Electric Co. (UK) developing
scientific software. After migrating to the US in 1985, he worked at Bell Labs
and IBM. Through these experiences and opportunities, Ram has gathered wisdom, patience, an
ability to take risks, and a certain joie de vivre. Ram’s particular areas of expertise are cyber security,
identity and access management, cloud computing, transforming legacy technologies and artificial
intelligence. Additionally, he is equipped with technical support experience in the life-sciences and
healthcare industries.
RYAN SWENSON – (T-Guru) – CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
The tech wizard, we at Hakenwerks default to for all things technology. Ryan
brings a multi-faceted dimension IT expertise and a wonderful sense of
humour to the company. His wealth of experience spans software
application development, health and life sciences technology,
bioinformatics, genomics and data management. Ryan directs technology
and innovation, so critical to our mission. His experience includes stints at
IBM, Dell EMC, Cloudera, Optum among others. He is also the founder of
NSight Labs, a genomics and bioinformatics start-up venture.
ANN ELKINGTON - (Awe) – CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)
Ann the Awesome and we are in AWE of her! Ann leads our marketing,
business development and sales outreach - an industrial designer, well
literally, since birth. Ann has worked in the fields of architecture, public
transport, and product design. She has created many design oriented
initiatives including, as the CEO of ElkingtonDesignWorks Inc, a company
she founded to produce a patented product ZonnenBoxen®, a toy for kids
on the Autism Spectrum. Ann studied in the US and the UK and more
recently was a visiting Graduate Lecturer in Industrial Design at Iowa State in Ames, specializing in
Infographics and Data Visualization. Additionally, she has experience in UX/UI design through studies
at CalArts. She is constantly intrigued by what people do and why, how the world works or does not,
and brings a variety of insights to the company.
ANANTH TIRUPATI – (Neta) – CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Our Neta, (“Leader”), Ananth, has a passion for innovation. Coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit,
his genius is converting ideas and enthusiasms into real-world applications, while adding value to businesses. He has a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master’s in
Business Administration. For over 25 years Ananth has kept busy
establishing and managing businesses in India, United Kingdom, Italy and
United States. He has co-founded and nurtured various successful digital
data and content technology services and solutions companies focussed in publishing, library, legal
and healthcare sectors. His earlier portfolio of ventures include codeMantra, Zoelogix, Zen Data
Services. In addition to Hakenwerks, he currently runs Plutustree, an IT solutions company based in
Philadelphia.
